Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
